I contact John a week ago for my bed bug infestation after he left I could still see the bugs, he assured me that they will die in 24 hours but instead of that I kept getting bites and kept seeing them in my room. When I contacted him again he refused to accept and come check Instead ask for more money when he wasn’t even able to deliver the first job properly Had the worst experience as I spent 130 pounds and nothing happened The bugs are everywhere

We had an amazing experience with this company! The technician was very nice and friendly, making the whole process smooth and stress-free. Communication was easy, both in person and through text, and he scheduled an appointment with us right away. The pricing was very reasonable—we were expecting it to be much more expensive. Most importantly, the service was top-notch. We really appreciate him coming out to take a look at our cockroach issue. Highly recommend!
